This Privacy Policy explains how Ozbanana, the operator of cvpartz.com ("cvpartz", "we", "us"), collects, uses, retains, transfers, and discloses information when you visit our website. cvpartz is an information directory for commercial vehicle parts; we do not sell parts or process transactions. By using cvpartz, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

Ozbanana is the sole operator of cvpartz.com. cvpartz is independent of any vendor that may list on the platform in the future. 3. Information We Collect
Automatically collected: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, time and duration of visit, and identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics 4 measurement data). Provided by you: any information you submit by emailing us, including name, email address, company name (if any), and the contents of your message. We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data (e.g., health, biometrics, political views).
4. How We Use Your Information
We process information to: (a) provide and operate the website, (b) measure and improve site performance and content, (c) respond to inquiries, (d) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse, (e) comply with legal obligations, and (f) where applicable in the future, serve and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party processors. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, and we recommend that you review them: • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) — site analytics and measurement. • Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery. • Supabase Inc. — database and storage. • Resend — transactional and contact email delivery. • Sentry — error monitoring (technical telemetry only). • Google AdSense (Google LLC) — advertising, when enabled in the future. These providers may process information outside the Republic of Korea (see Section 10).
7. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes set out above or as required by law. Analytics data: up to 14 months by default in Google Analytics 4. Inquiry communications: up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by Korean tax, commercial, or consumer-protection law. Server logs: typically up to 90 days.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (PIPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you, (b) correct inaccurate information, (c) delete information, (d) restrict or object to certain processing, (e) receive a copy of your information in a portable format, and (f) withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. 9. Children's Privacy
cvpartz is not directed to children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact hiyocastle@naver.com and we will promptly delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g., Google, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Sentry) process information outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's adequacy frameworks.
11. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted access to administrative consoles, and regular review of third-party service configurations. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the site. Your continued use of cvpartz after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
