A bracket is a metal support that holds a component in a fixed position on the vehicle's structure.

It locates and secures parts such as pipes, tanks, sensors, or lights, carrying their weight and vibration into the frame, engine, or cab so they stay aligned in service.

Brackets are used all over a commercial vehicle wherever a component must be mounted. The correct bracket depends on the part it supports and the mounting point.
